There are several ways to enter the Show!
BY MAIL:
1) You may enter by mailing in the following form:

The form is in a pdf file and you will need adobe reader to view it. Entry must be postmarked
on or before March 26th,2010 to be accepted.
MAILED Entries after that date will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
ONLINE:
We are accepting entries online through Equi Vent
We recommend early entries to reserve stalls, RV spots, and early draw numbers.
There are no late fees for race entry.
Scratches/Draw-outs will be accepted for any reason prior to commencement of race.
However, NBRA retains any/all processing fees.
Scratching after race commencement, exception to vet out only.
NBRA will retain any/all stall/RV and processing fees.
Scratches/Draw-outs must be made in show office, in the event contestant fails to scratch
or draw out through show office, all fees are forfeited by contestant.
NBRA will retain all entry fees, stall, RV and processing fees. Contestant will receive a
No Time instead of a scratch or draw-out.
ON SITE:
ON SITE ENTRIES taken until last 25 runners, then show office closes entries for that day.
These entries will run after early entry draw and positions are not guaranteed.
Rules you need to know
1) To qualify for the BOB BERG Average Buckles, you must enter (2) of the added money open
shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
2) To qualify for the $10.00 processing fee discount you must pay all fees and enter all (3) added
money Open Shows (Friday-Saturday and Sunday) on or before April 9th, 2010.
3) Exhibitions on sale at the show office- first come, first served. $4.00 each or 3 for $10.00 while
supplies last. Friday is limited to 125 exhibitions, Saturday and Sunday limited to 150
exhibitions.
Fine for exceeding your 60 second time slot in the exhibitions results in a $5.00 fine.
You will sign up on time sheet for your desired time slot and exhibition in that time frame.
Failure to use your time slot results in forfeiting your exhibition and fee for that time slot.
Exhibitions are not on competition stakes.
4) Gate calls: It is the exhibitor's/contestant's responsibility to be ready when their
exhibition/run number and name are called to the arena.
Failure to enter the arena 90 seconds after third gate call, exhibitor/contestant will be scratched
without refund.
